We’re playing Boccia for all ages and abilities this Friday at the Sedbergh Youth & Community Centre from 11-12! For those who do not know, Boccia (pronounced ‘Bot-cha’) is a Paralympic sport introduced in 1984. It is played indoors and the aim of the game is to get closer to the jack than your opponent. The jack ball is white and is thrown first. One side has six red balls and the other has six blue balls. Simples – come along and have a bit of fun-o-cise.
